“Service was subpar. AM worker seemed annoyed that in interrupted them to check out. Actual dirt on the floor of our room. Too exhausted from travel to request a room change. Exit in the stairwell was jammed, thankfully no emergency. Bed was okay, bedding was clean.”

“I am a truck, driver and frequent hotels. Often I stay in 3.5 star most of the time this was my first day at a Candlewood and I will say I’ll never stay anywhere else. If I can help it. Amber at the front desk was more than helpful, and the manager lady was the same hospitality and customer service are above and beyond in this place I could not see how anyone could ever leave them at review, can’t wait to get back and enjoy the many amenities that come with staying at this place. Thank you, Candlwood Suites Winchester .”

“I stay at this Motel 6 and Winchester once a month when coming down from PA or NYC for caregiving of my 94-year-old parents. Outside of one bad experience a couple years ago not due to hotel management, which was immediately rectified and corrected, I have had no issues and will continue to stay here, when I come down for my monthly family visits. Thank you to all the ownership, staff and associates for such a convenient stay!”

“Nice and clean. Fairly priced with a friendly staff. Once construction ends, 5 stars are within reach. Eggs could be much better in the morning for breakfast. I did enjoy the convenience store in the lobby.”

“For the price it can't be beat. $50/night, dog friendly (and they only charge $10/dog), a great bargain for enjoying Shenandoah Park. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillows. Conveniently located to the park and restaurants. They have several nice little grassy areas for dogs. Bring your earplugs if road traffic keeps you up.”

“We were up there doing a shutdown at a data center up the road about 4 miles away.
The location was perfect, the hotel and rooms were spotless and modern, the staff got us checked in within minutes.
Next morning, had a great breakfast (starts at 6:30a), and went on to work.
Great experience, you never know what you're going to get when you go on the road.
There's a Food Lion, Family Dollar, ABC Store .03 miles away.
You can't go wrong with this hotel.
Pet friendly.”

“Affordable and clean. Flat screen tvs in every room with wifi, cable, HBO, microwaves, mini fridges, and ac/heat. On site manager available 24/7 if needed. Weekly rates available. Within walking distance to dining and convenience stores. Short drive from larger shopping stores and interstate. Decent place to stay for a night or as long as needed.”

“Typical chain hotel experience. The room smelled pretty strongly of air freshener but was clean. The A/C worked and was fairly quiet. The check-in experience was quick. Bed was comfortable, and the plumbing worked.

The location is right next to a busy highway and quite noisy.”

“We were so sleepy when we were driving back down Home. I Had booked over Priceline, and Paid for it in advance. When we got there at around 10pm, it was quiet. It smelled Really Good in the Lobby. I requested that we get a 1st Floor room since I have a Newborn and My grandma. She was very Accommodating. She told me the internet was free, breakfast was 6:30-9:30am, and Had me sign the paper. She took a copy of my ID, and then gave me my Room Keys. We drove around and got settled into the room.Everything was decent. It was Nice. The bed was SUPER comfortable!! I didn’t want to wake up! Me and my Grandma had so much fun. The TV had a lot of channels, and the Shower was hot!Breakfast was Very Good. The only Thing that was annoying was the lady. She literally stared me down when I was operating the waffle iron and then proceeded to tell me how to USE the Waffle Iron when I was halfway Done. -_-Super aggravating. She was on me like a White On Rice on a paper plate in a snow storm. Literally watched me like a hawk when I was Making my breakfast and Getting my juice. Also refused to give my Grandma another yogurt when she asked for it… she needed it to take her medicine…So the attitude and Persona of this Woman (breakfast attendant) on the morning of February 26th… very Unpleasant. Especially first thing in the morning…Anyways, I really like the breakfast selections… they had breakfast sandwiches, waffles, yogurts, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, Orange and apple juice! Yum!!Now about the room, Besides the Pube On the side of the tub (I noticed it when sitting on the toilet) and the weird ceiling above the shower… everything else was great!I especially like how they still have the Bible’s in the drawer. Please keep doing that.Anyways Clean Hotel and I Also Admire that the checkout time was at 12pm! Great Location andI would like to recognize FERN at the front desk!FERN was such a sweetheart And a great conversation! She even reactivated my room key to let me get Something after we had loaded up my car! Thanks Fern!—————————————————————————My Recommendations:-I would bring the breakfast back to the room if you can Unless you wanna be stalked by the breakfast attendant.-Book through Priceline to get some amazing deals!-Water Machine in the Lobby Tastes really good lol—————————————————————————Pros:-Great, Customer service-Accommodating-Pretty Good Breakfast minus the Attendant-Insanely Comfortable Beds-Check put Time 12pm-Workout Center-Pool-Great Location-Fairly Cheap!Cons:-Breakfast Lady—————————————————————————”
