“I have been spending most of my young adult life wandering around Middleburg ... I have my fav spots and I must say for this town, Lou Lou’s prices are AMAZING!!! My daughter and I were in yesterday afternoon and from the time we entered the store the young lady was friendly.. I do love the low pressure environment which I’m not accustomed to in town. She answered my questions and helped me when I needed it and I absolutely love my dress and top!!! I’m going back for one in ever color:) I sent someone by as I climbed into my car and we will be back for certain!!!”

“Excellent and Honest Customer service!!! I just visited the Georgetown store yesterday in search of Men's apparel. I was assisted by Catherine and Alexis. While I struggled a bit to find the perfect fit (given at the time the limited selection in my size), I was impressed in particular by the fact that for one of them it was her first day on the job, and the patience, genuine kindness, and product knowledge exuded was nothing short of exemplary. I care about the way I look, and generally prefer the unique, smaller boutiques that carry exclusive brands that aren't available at the bigger department stores in this region. The quality of the products are first rate, as is their staff. The attentiveness, honesty, and effort to find a great look specific to my personal needs is rare to find these days, and my experience with these two was absolutely stellar! I look forward to seeing them again soon as the new merchandise arrives. Fellas, please don't overlook and underestimate this brand. Check them out!”
