I dropped off my 2007 minivan for repair. The next day they called me with an estimate for the repair I requested. In their assessment they found a couple other minor problems and offered a no pressure quote to fix those things as well. I agreed to have all the repairs made and the van was ready for pickup the next day.
I appreciate the clear communication in plain words that I could understand. The quick turnaround to get the van back was very helpful. It's been a long time since this van has ran so good.”
“We were headed home to NJ from Williamsburg when we hit something on the highway not even an hour into the drive. We got a flat and needed a tow. We found Rick’s on google and called them to ask about a tire while we waited for the tow. They ordered it for us and told us it would be available in a few hours. When we arrived about an hour later, they were en route to get the tire and got us back on the road in no time. Superior service and super nice people. THANK YOU!!”

“I took my car in because I thought the oil pump was going out. I knew ahead of time to expect a big repair bill. It turned out that it was just a leaking sensor and my total repair bill was $164.00. These folks are good, honest people! They could have gone ahead and replaced the oil pump and I wouldn't have known any different. I know where to go in the future when I need auto work done. Great job y'all!”

Hubert helped me out this weekend with a nail that was in my tire, and I can't say enough great things about him. “I engaged 301 Auto to mount and balance my new Goodyear Wrangler LT tires on my newly powder coated Ford F150 rims. They have touchless mounting equipment and road force balancing equipment. I could not be more pleased with the results. The wheel/tire assemblies are perfectly balanced, and there are no scratches on the rims.”

“Had a Cylinder 2 misfire in a 2018 Chevy Tahoe. Took it to Seredni and Wayne took care of me. It took a few days and several dives deep onto the engine, but he stuck with it and discovered a bad lifter. He also fixed a belt noise. I am very particular about my Tahoe and Wayne was great. He is my go to guy from now on.”
