“I was having normal old person issues with erasing my old phone so that I could turn it for credit on the new phone that I got for my husband. Soon after it opened, I walked into this location and was immediately assisted by a gentleman who took care of me in no time. I always complain that Verizon is too high but you get what you pay for. Chucky was awesome and I’m sure he’s a great asset to this location. I’m willing to pay a bit more to have excellent customer service like I got from Chucky. Thanks!”

Song is knowledgeable, accessible, and always a pleasure to deal with.Our phone system has multiple lines. We have the ability to have different ring schedules depending on time of day and date.
