“This is my go to for weekly groceries. Always friendly, always clean. The food selection is always top notch with fresh meats and fresh veggie selection. I enjoy the clearance section, as well as the phenomenal cookies. I’ve transitioned all of my grocery shopping here.”

“I'm an instacart shopper and this Food Lion is by far the best in the area! Today, 3/27/24, a man in the produce area saw me looking for an item and asked me what I was looking for and he went to the back to check. He initially came out and said he couldn't find it, but 5 mins later when I was in the meat department he brought me the item I was looking for! He certainly went above and beyond. That is customer service! Everyone is so friendly and the store is clean and organized. Whenever I see I have a shop at this location I sigh with relief.”
“It had been a while since I shopped at this Aldi. I was pleasantly reminded of what a great value their products are! A fresh pizza, packaged to reheat at home was as good as some pizza restaurants and a much better value. Their bagged lime tortilla chips are great. Whole wheat sandwich wraps, amazingly good and priced way less then national brand in other stores. You can't beat their cheeses either! Bring your own bags preferably recyclable/reusable... And that is a plus to me. (They also sell inexpensive reusable grocery bags.)”

“The employees here are fast and friendly. There is no self check out here, but the cashiers do a great job being mindful of the line lengths and open more lanes when necessary. When I check out I am always greeted, which I greatly appreciate. The employees aren’t sitting around on their phones ignoring the customers like some places I have been to. Highly recommend”

“I have a desire to relocate to Richmond. The first thing I need to know is where to shop my usual groceries. I'm surprised with this Kroger Marketplace in Mechanicsville Virginia. Wow. It was so convenient off the major throughfare. The location was easy to find. Price of my usuals are about the same or less. The sales items are well stocked. Only a few items seemed to be on shortage. That's normal and I get used to.Clothes department really throw me off. They got nice fashion and reasonably priced clothes for the whole family. Customers were friendly. I would return, most definitely.”

“This is the first time , I been at this Bj’s store , I lived in the west end and go to the one in the west end , ordered on line and pick at at this location ! Everyone are friendly and willing to help! Infact this is the first time I have seen Bj’s employees on the floor , if you have any questions , they are there to help you ! I love this store ! “We went to Claire's and off the bat they were super nice and welcoming, they told us it was gonna be fine and it wouldn't hurt that bad. She was very reassuring and perfect! It was my first piercing and yes It did hurt but not that bad. I recommend this store so much, have a good one!”

“I have been a Publix fan for many years from when I lived in Florida. Unfortunately, I do have a complaint about the freshness of the lettuce used in the prepared salads, Southern Cobb in particular. Right after purchasing, the lettuce was already turning brown. Whomever prepares them needs to use fresher lettuce.”

“I have used Kroger Pharmacy Atlee Road/Rutland Commons for right around 10 years. The pharmacist are amazing. The majority of those working are kind, respectful snd knowledgeable.There are a few lately that have impacted the service we have received. One recently advised our prescriptions would be ready at a given time. We returned and were told it would be an additional hour. We shopped and waited. After speaking with another person NONE of the prescriptions were ready and one was waiting on a call back from a doctor. So they were not even close to being filled. We should have called before setting aside all that time, that falls on us. But aside from this I am so so so thankful for those who work so hard to ensure the best serviceand care is provided!”

“I have applied for a card at Bj for 12 years, and I have seen you continue to work hard to change and improve it in the past few years. My family and I enjoy leisurely shopping in your mall. The products are of good quality, affordable prices and regular discounts, meeting the needs of families. The staff is friendly, the environment is clean, and the products are arranged in an orderly manner. Today I came to the mall to finish my shopping and found that I had already lined up at the wine cabinet when I checked out, so I chose the app to check out. I scanned each product smoothly without missing any product. After calculating the money, I happily went to the door to queue up. , but the embarrassing thing is that the 5.28GAL water was not scanned in and settled when checking the products. Your staff asked me to wait there. I felt like I had stolen something. I scanned it last time but did not enter it in the shopping cart, so I missed one item. The product had my name or membership number written on the notebook, so I decided to return the water to the mall. This is not the first time that this issue has arisen. Please take this matter seriously. Thank you for your changes, I hope we can do better and better!”
