If you are looking for harder to find items give them a shot and if not found just head down the road and try the other large Asian store.Definitely try first.”

“Yes I went over here to get a bag of frozen fruits and some cucumbers. I was looking for some ginger which I did not locate. But that's okay I can always find it somewhere else. But I like going to Aldi's because they have great prices and they have good customer service. I highly recommend all these whether you're just popping through locally or you're getting off the freeway and you're traveling go get you a quick bite and you know spend your money wisely. I even compared their prices with the Walmart on some things and Aldi's is cheaper. “Im newer to trying to use this pharmacy after a good experience trying to get meds that were hard to find for a while. They are kind and incredibly helpful! Even went so far as to call my doctor to help make sure a continuation in a medication that should be filled on the holiday and needed authorization to fill early. Every person I’ve spoken to or worked with has been kind, compassionate and supportive. This is a rarity when you are a complex medical case, even more rare to have the pharmacy help sort it out so it’s less stressful and easier on me. True integrity and dedication.”

“This is a very interesting place to shop. The stores may vary a little bit in what they carrie. I do enjoy their store brands a lot. They carry name brand items also but the prices are compatible with other grocery store. You have to purchase your paper bags but that is never a problem and they are very cheap.”

“After Costco, this west broad Richmond, Kroger is my favorite store for gas and groceries. Almost every day offers and discounts are there. I like their display and arrangements of food items and fresh flowers. Beauty products are at the best offers in this Kroger store. Staffs are really helpful and return process goes very smoothly. Bakery items are good and everyday sale is there for cake. I usually buy cakes and cookies all time. Never and ever we had any complaints about this store. Self check out is very easy to go.”

“It's unbelievable the excuses employees make when they don't want to serve you. Today around 5:45PM, my husband and I were in Krogers 9000 staples Mill Road location shopping for lunch items for the upcoming week, so we decided to purchase deli meat packet (the all American pack), but unfortunately they were completely out. I asked for the All American packet. The deli attendant says and I quote" we're out". I asked if she could make one for me as I have times before. To my surprise the attendant then says, I'm here by myself and I don't know how to make it. In my mind I thought it was a joke and she would make it, but this women who works the deli says they are made by the morning shift workers and I don't know how to make it. In my mind I'm saying how do you not know how to make it you work this department. My husband goes to get someone in management, Neil who came to assist with the situation. I explained the deli attendants reply, his face was so priceless. It's only turkey, ham and chees, sure we'll make it for you. We got what we came for, but it's mind boggling what people say and do that makes no sine on any level and to think the meat packets are made in the morning and left out all day. Simply says a lot”

“Kroger is a large supermarket chain that originates from Cincinnati - I've been to one years ago during undergrad, and I felt as if that particular location didn't really represent Kroger's in a way that this location did! They offer a selection in meat, produce, pantry items, frozen items, beer/wine/liquor, seafood, dairy and eggs, has a deli and a bakery section, and also a natural/organic items. Located off of Three Chopt Road in Henrico, the store was well-laid out, clean, and organized. The customer service staff were all friendly and helpful - don't forget to sign up for their rewards program! I found some Mexican Coca-Cola on sale (YAS!) and tried some of their maki rolls (they were just okay).
