“06.23.24 My brother, mom and I went to this location to buy a certain item cause their competitors Advance refused to sell us the part and lied to us about not having it. (We called Advance seconds ago before coming and they said they did have it but nope)
Anyways, we came to O’Reilly’s and was helped quickly and friendly. We bought the item satisfied!

Finally came in to get some replacement lug nuts after having to chew the originals off since the tire guy at Luck Chevrolet decided to strip them. “I had never been to O'Reillys personally but the service was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL! Not only were they the only parts stores that locally had the parts I needed, when I came to pick up the parts, they asked me if needed additional things (like antifreeze and clamps) that are typically needed for the type of repair I was getting. SUPER HELPFUL staff. I went to this store on both Saturday and Sunday and both crews were nothing short of accommodating and friendly. They even offered to help carry the parts out to my car and searched high and low for a part I needed but had been misplaced in their store. O'Reillys has my loyalty going forward!”

“I believe I was just passing by but I used to work for them. Do not ever take the company card and go get a wash for your vehicle that's one of the reasons they fired me. It went to loss prevention and they called me into the office and let me go. And I never really gave you time to wash your truck that you were delivering in. Although they had the means to do we were never given time to do it. Great products and services.”

“Batteries Plus is not the cheapest, but they have a large stock of multiples of various items. Need four 12v batteries to replace the aging ones in your UPSes? I did, walked in, did a quick database check, and purchased all four of the batteries. I was out the door within about 5 minutes total. Staff was excellent and friendly. They even warned me of a possibly wet floor as they were on end of day clean up duty and were still cheery and nice. I'll be back when I need them again.”
