“My friends and I had a popped tire a couple days ago, and after multiple hours with different people (tow, customer service, AAA, etc) and trying to find a solution—we ended up having to need a speciality item.So next day, we originally went to an Auto Advance nearby and they were incredibly unhelpful, as they gave us the same old song and dance as the others. When we got to O’Reilley’s, not only did Janie greet us, but she also managed to get the item we needed in just a few minutes. She was very sweet and treated us very well. Highly recommend!”

“UPDATE: 7/3/2023: Walked in and was immediately greeted by a gentleman behind the counter named Dalton. He asked if he could help me and I said yes. I told him the make/model of car and ask for wiper blades for front. I told him the brand I wanted and he recommended the intermediate level. As a veteran, he looked at my ID and posted it in the system permanently so the next time I make a purchase there I will automatically get the 10% discount. He then asked if I would like him to install them and I said yes. He noticed one of the packages had been open and said no, he wanted to get another to ensure it had never been used. He had them only in just a couple minutes. Love this O’Reilly’s! Have always received great customer service. Big shout out to Dalton for his help!
