There’s only one employee working on the busiest day of the week Saturday late afternoon. The one lady who is (which I have empathy for) is not helping anyone perhaps just overwhelmed and shut down. I would opt to leave but my son found the last sweatshirt in his size that is hard to find.

Manager is extremely rude to her own employees, I came in the store today to get my little cousin some shoes and the employees were so kind and very knowledgeable, while the manager was giving judgmental stare to their employees. I just did not like the atmosphere the manger was giving.
