During a recent visit, Kenny handling my purchase abruptly left mid-transaction without explanation. His sudden departure left both myself and his colleagues confused and waiting, disrupting the flow of the transaction. Unacceptable behavior!! Will not purchase clothing from this store again.

Bad customer service. Manager Kenneth has attitude problem. Provides raises comments. I will never shop at Express again. Express should focus on customer service.
