“Took my tires I ordered online 30 mins before closing and they still balanced & installed my tires. They also knew about Tesla pucks so these guys know what they’re doing! 10/10 will definitely be back.”
“I’ve only been to the shop a couple of times, but I have decided not to take my vehicles anywhere else. Excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I had aftermarket tires and rims done, and also an alignment on my self-lifted RAV4. (Most of the shops I went to before won’t even touch a lifted vehicle).
They went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable with the work they were doing and kept me informed about everything, including a couple of issues that they encountered during the process and explained in detail what could be done to fix it. (Regarding the lift kit suspension components I installed).
Not only were the technicians able to provide terrific service with amazing results, but the price could not be beat and they have proven to be more honest, knowledgeable and reliable than any other mechanic in the area that I’ve been to.

“Saved my day! I started a trip to the VA Horse Center with a trailer flat. Hayden saved the day by being willing to change it in the gas station parking lot. I've got all the tools but can't lift the XPS anymore so this was a huge huge save! Service in the shop when I got the new tire mounted was excellent too.”

“This tire shop's employees are the most professional I've ever experienced. Upon walking in the door I was greeted politely and the employee Abdul offered me water and from his own pocket bought snacks for myself and child while I waited for a tire change. He took the time to show me the different tires and prices, new and used, and explained to me the reasons why certain types of tires work better with certain cars depending on the make and model and year. “I had a flat tire problem at the end of the day on July 3rd. I was convinced I would have to get a new tire. I come rolling in 30 minutes before they close because they were the only ones open. I was sure I was going to be stuck with a bad tire through the holiday weekend because they were probably trying to close up for the holiday too. The guys looked at my tire and found out it was just a bad valve. They didn't have the part, but they were able to get someone to drive it over. Fixed my tire. Saved my holiday weekend. Cost less than I thought was going to have to spend. The shop's curb appeal may be different from what you are use to at other places, but I can tell you the employees will treat you and your car better than you probably have experienced at those other places.”
“I needed tires for my RV and I had such great service here when I had a wheel alignment that I knew McCarthy's was my go-to place for tires. I was not disappointed and in fact, was even happier.
It was the end of the day when I called and they said to bring it in.
Every person there was knowledgeable and helpful. I was not rushed. They took the time to educate me on what to look for in a tire. The customer service here is so great that I had no desire to look elsewhere for tires. The two tires were promptly put on my RV and I drove off.
I can't say enough positive things about McCarthy's tire service except to encourage you to go there.”

“I've been here multiple times over the past few years. My last visit was about one year ago. Their price for used tires are cheap, yet very reliable in my past experiences. The longest I've ever waited for them to change one of my tires and be out of there was 20 minutes or less. (I also did not call in advance.I just showed up.) Everyone was friendly and helpful. I trust their staff and appreciate the timely service. Ive not been to other Ron's tires location, but I would highly recommend this one.”
“These guys are good to work with!!! Even though I had a bad experience it was on the shipper that canceled my load ?????? but when the guys got the temp help in there they really got me unloaded quick and got me gone !!! They do have truck parking and bathroom facilities during the day for the drivers”

“I rarely post reviews of any business, but my experience with this shop and with Rodolfo, specifically, was above and beyond, superior service! I initially brought my vehicle in for an alignment as the steering was shaky. The team did the alignment but I was still having issues so I returned two days later. Rodolfo immediately recognized me and asked why I was back so soon. I described the issues I was having and he took the time out of his busy day to show and explain to me the issues, then proceeded to help me figure out the best options and fix my vehicle to perfect working operation. Go here and ask for Rodolfo!”
“Great service in the tire center. I had to order my new tires. Got them installed quickly when they came in. They went on sale about about a week after I paid for them but before I had them installed. No one said a word. Nor did I get a credit. I went back today to get what should be mine. I can’t get a refund because it’s been more than 30 days. I’m not happy at all.”
