Special shoutout to Gabriel for being very patient and kind throughout the whole process. My apartment needs a parking sticker for the garage so he was nice enough to even transfer that over to the rental temporarily. They update you with texts and calls throughout the whole process so you always know whats going on. I’ll be coming back for the next inspection and emissions!”

“Went in for brake maintenance. I first called to schedule an appointment for brake pads and rotors. Upon arriving at 7am for my appointment the guy at the service desk recommended an complimentary inspection to determine my needs since I've had horrible experiences with Malloy Ford of Alexandria regarding my safety for basic oil change, tire rotation and wiper replacement 3 consecutive times. Upon my repairs I needed calipers and was notified. Then upon the inspection they noticed my antifreeze was very low and recommended a flush and fill. I walked away satisfied that they took care of my safety and made added recommendations and quoted for rear shocks, wheel alignment, and tires. Tiresplus gets a "10" I couldn't be happier with the knowledge and the service for my 2017 Ford Escape.”

“excellent service!! My husband had a low tire and we took is car in for his tire to be looked at, the employees were swamped! They listened to our concerns and even though we had to dropped the car off they got to it as soon as they could, called us when our car was ready. We had no leak, they filled all four tires with air and did not charge us. We did purchase the tires at this location about two years ago and also received great service. We will continue to come here as we need too for our tire service.”
