“In the year that I've lived here, it has been a very positive experience.
The staff at the leasing office are very friendly and they're always available except for Sunday. They also host a lot of fun events for the community.
The maintenance crew is available pretty much 24/7 and resolves any issues that pop up within 24 hours.
Rent is about on par with what you'll find in the surrounding region. My apartment has been solid during my stay. Neighbors are also very friendly, and they're not very loud.
Overall, I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment complex to anyone.”

“I was a little intimidated to reach out to this complex due to reading so many bad reviews specifically about the leasing office. Even though I rarely leave reviews I felt the need to share my experience thus far. I have yet to move in (hoping soon!) but my correspondence with the ladies at the leasing office has been nothing BUT positive! They have been SO friendly and helpful and made an intimidating process feel comfortable and smooth. I’ve spoken with both Sarah and Glenda and they were honestly both so sweet. I find it hard to believe most of these reviews after speaking with them myself. If this is your only reason for not wanting to give Orchard Bridge a fair shot do yourself a favor and reach out anyways. Excited to meet them in person when I come in for my tour! Whether I’m approved or not will not change my review. The ladies in the leasing office have been wonderful.”
