“I currently live here. I love the location, close to the Dulles International Airport, close to groceries and more stores. The leasing office employees, ALL OF THEM, are the best, they build a relationship with you and make you feel that you are not just a customer. The amenities are great in new conditions. The common areas are always clean. If you don’t feel to work from home, the office center is excellent to work have meetings or even study. The area is very secure and emergency agencies are very quick and responsive. It is a very good place to live with kids.”

“My partner and I have been very happy with our decision to move to Camden at Dulles Station. Prior to this place, we toured so many communities in the area and we were very impressed with the team here. From Sharon to Anne and Monie, they all helped along the process and made sure we were updated with every step of the process.The apartment itself is great! The amenities and access to shopping centers and restaurants across the street as well as the metro makes it even 100% worth it. The community seems very laid back and the neighbors have always been friendly. We are glad to call this place home and would do it all over again!”

“Lived at the Mark since the summer of 2023. I’d say it’s an excellent place to call home if you need an apartment. The staff is friendly and responsive to my wife and I’s needs and any maintenance issue is resolved very quickly. The amenities are above average (pool and a good gym) and most importantly the building and surrounding are very safe. Having the silver line of the metro so close and covered parking are excellent as well. My one complaint would be the lack of lockout services but that only affects you if you’re a bit of a dummy (like me) and lock yourself out. Overall I’ve been far more satisfied with this complex (most of all the management) than any other apartment complex I have lived at. Happy to call the Mark home.”

They fix anything!2022 Edit (3-Star): Rent is over $2,000 now, and if one of their automatic and/or manual transactions fails, they lock that payment option type indefinitely (though this is an Allen & Rocks policy, not specifically Trevor's Run). They also ripped out the water fountain from the gym (probably due to the pandemic), so pictures aren't accurate.Still, it's better priced than other places around here.2021 Edit (3-Stars): Rent went up by ~$200 since I originally signed up a couple of years ago, and new families below have kids that stomp the floors across all hours now. It's still somewhat less expensive when compared to other areas, but I'm definitely going to grab a place of my own before too long at this current rate.Original review (2018 Era, 5-Stars):Pros:The leasing office is pretty prompt with ensuring that work orders are completed in a timely manner if you file them through the web app. If I had a problem with the microwave fan or with any appliance, the maintenance dude came in and fixed the problem rather quickly (he's awesome!).As mentioned before, the cost/sqft ratio was pretty decent for the quality of the place. You also have access to the standard assortment of appliances (Gas Oven/Stovetop, Gas Fireplace, Sink, Microwave, Washing Machine, Refrigerator, etc.) and, in some cases, a washer/dryer combo for clothes.Verizon Fios and Cox Cable were options for Wifi and Cable (Gigabit through Fios is an option). As for the other appliances, Water is included as a fee that you pay TR directly for, Electricity is done through Dominion, and Gas is done through Columbia. Bills were consistent in value throughout the year (no major dips or climbs in either due to the season or anything).They're A-OK with you mounting a TV on the wall. Definitely a plus if you have a huge TV and don't want it pilfered by anyone.They give you 2 visitor parking passes. These passes last 24/7 as long as you have your visitor park in one of the visitor lots in the back. If you need more than those 2 passes, you can ask for a couple more temporary passes as long as you return them the next day. That being said, this point leads to the 1st con.Cons:The Hours of Operation for the Leasing Office aren't really accurate. 9am-5pm is what the times are listed as, but there were plenty of times where I walked to the office door and was met with a "We Will Be Back at This Time" sign (or gave them a call at 2:30 and was greeted with the "After Hours" automated message). In one case, I even came back at the time listed by the sign and saw that the time was advanced by another 30 minutes (thankfully this didn't happen again). So, if you want service requests to be performed, you gotta use the online portal. As such, the leasing office is kinda useless most of the time if you want to talk to them live.The apartments do lack some natural lighting, so you would need to buy some lamps. Otherwise you'll have very dark rooms. The lack of lighting does help with movie nights, though, as it gets pretty dark for them.When you apply to this place, they perform a hard credit check. If you add another person to your lease, they perform ANOTHER hard credit check (even if they already know that you could make on time payments). To my knowledge, they don't report on time payments to creditors (I would know if they did as I haven't missed a payment). You can pay another service for good reports, however.The buildings are susceptible to vibrating. I know this as I was instructed to get rid of an alarm clock that was designed to shake my bed (it apparently shook the whole apartment complex instead [either that or the person who filed the complaint is exaggerating the claim a bit]). But yeah, if you plan on moving in this neighborhood, aim for a top floor room or else you might have to deal with some vibrations at times. “Let me start by saying the leasing agent Triniti was sooooo amazing! She was very informative and sweet. She had an answer for all my concerns and was extremely professional. She definitely made us feel welcomed and confident that we were making the right decision to put in an application to live here. She was able to find the perfect unit for our price point. We are so excited to come live in this lovely community. The units look very well kept inside and out! Also, i asked all the important questions when moving to a new place such as questions about pest, crime, maintenance ect. Triniti was able to assure me all our expectations will be met and we have absolutely nothing to worry about. Everything up until now has been amazing with woodland park and can’t wait to live here!”

“I've been residing here for approximately a year, and I adore it. I'm leasing a refurbished one-bedroom unit, ideal for both me and my dog. It boasts a spacious walk-in closet, a comfortably sized living area, and a beautifully designed kitchen. The bathroom, in particular, is a favorite with its ideal water pressure, consistently delivering hot water. The apartment is an exquisite blend of comfort and style, creating a truly inviting and elegant living space.”
