“Went to port over my number, but since my phone was under someone else’s contract, I had to get that persons information before I could port over. Unfortunately it took 2.5-ish hours altogether to finish. The service was amazing (the main guy who helped was Justin/Joseph I feel awful that I can’t remember, and then his boss came in as well and was just as patient and amazing) and I have to go back Thursday to add my mom to my line. So hopefully they will be the same ones assisting me!”

“I have had issues not receiving calls with my phone for several months and local stores and customer service wasn’t able to help in any kind of way. I went Sunday to cancel my 3 lines after 10 years with sprint and the merge of T-Mobile and this gentleman named Raj asked if he could take a look at it I laughed and said sure within 30 mins he had my phone working perfectly and explained what he done and said it was a easy fix. He set me up with their mobile WiFi and lowered my monthly bill that I was overpaying on since the merge of the companies and also I received 2 nice drinking glasses as a gift and good faith gesture with a assurance that if I had any kind of issue to come see him and I because of him and his team will be staying with them as long as Raj is there at my local store. The world needs more Raj’s in it. Someone who listens to their customers and cares enough to take the time to correct the issue and take initiative to ensure they are happy and satisfied with what they over pay for every month. Raj thank you for being dedicated to your job and your store. You are appreciated and needed here in Madison heights Va.”
