“Went to port over my number, but since my phone was under someone else’s contract, I had to get that persons information before I could port over. Unfortunately it took 2.5-ish hours altogether to finish. The service was amazing (the main guy who helped was Justin/Joseph I feel awful that I can’t remember, and then his boss came in as well and was just as patient and amazing) and I have to go back Thursday to add my mom to my line. So hopefully they will be the same ones assisting me!”
