Was amazed they were open with the Temps around freezing but even better the bays were wet but had no ice inside. Everything I used worked well

The stalls were clean and clear of debris. The water was actually warm - hot, which is a plus. And the vacuum I used did an awesome job. My only issue with stall 1 from the back of the structure left to right, was that the foam brush didn't work correctly. Why is this the only traditional cash washer around this area? ?
