“Chmura’s service was by far the best I’ve had at ZIP’s in over a year. I have a subscription to ZIP’s because of my job as a real estate agent. He took the time to use the hand operated pressure washer all over the exterior of my car, which meant a great deal to me because I am a real estate agent and my clients regularly see my see my car at showings It’s crucial for me to be professional and meticulous from the moment I drive up. My estimation of ZIP’s began to decline about a year ago when they stopped pressure washing my rubber floor mats (apparently because the soap solution is too noxious now). Then they started only pressure washing one side of my car and recently stopped pressure washing it entirely. That left my car with big areas still dirty after leaving the car wash every time.It was such an unexpected blessing for Chmura to return to ZIP’s old customer service ways. He was also very pleasant and professional to boot! That’s just not something we see in the world today, and it did not go unnoticed! I hope the upper management at ZIP’s takes note and rewards a person who is such a great asset to their company! Thanks, Chmura, for a job well done!”

“Used the car wash and it only takes credit/debit/wash card. Swiped my card and the reader said $3 then I mistakenly pressed the stop button underneath which you shouldn't do until you're done washing?. It will authorize your card for $15 and then return whatever amount you didn't use. Thankfully the man in charge came over and was very nice and even swiped his own card for my 1st 3 minutes. Really appreciated that. After that everything worked great!”

“The stalls were clean and clear of debris. The water was actually warm - hot, which is a plus. And the vacuum I used did an awesome job. My only issue with stall 1 from the back of the structure left to right, was that the foam brush didn't work correctly. Why is this the only traditional cash washer around this area? ?”

“I have no idea why there are negative reviews of this place. Seriously, an average of 2.5 stars?!? Look, I don't normally give reviews at all (you know, life) but when I do my integrity dictates that if I give a review it has to be an honest one. I almost never give five (or one) stars. It suggests near perfection, very rare. But after ten years of using them, I can only say great things about them. They do a fantastic job and the price is very fair.I got chatting with another customer while we were waiting and she was equally impressed. I always tip the guys well and still feel like it's not enough. If I had to think of something negative it would be that it takes a while, but I could easily argue that it's because they're taking the time to do a great job. Maybe, I'm just speculating here, the negative reviews were from people that come during a rush, when they have to keep things moving. I, too, can't odo anything thoroughly and efficiently when I'm rushed. I usually go there when it's not super busy.”
