“Great store for finding bargains for sure!!! A fun adventure looking at the ever changing merchandise. I can almost always find something unique at an excellent price. The Christmas supplies were especially good today. My only disappoint was the change in policy for no longer honoring the store coupons that have expired. This has been a long held tradition of the store. As I am on the email list a message would have been appreciated in advance of discontinuation.”
“Great small Build A Bear store. It still has a great selection of items to choose from and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this as a place to visit. If you have a child with a birthday you can get the Birthday Bear and pay your child's age.”
“I came in to find a game for a young family member. I was greeted by Ryan (bb) who was incredibly helpful. He was able to carry a conversation and interact in a customer service manor. He explained all the options and wasn't pushy to sell me on any add-ons. Because of him I will return to shop there. He needs a raise.”

“Awesome environment and the store is set up great. My family went here for food as well and it was delicious. Givens has all sorts of book genres and plenty of teaching aids/supplies for teachers. Lots of books and toys for children as well. A true gem for the city of Lynchburg.”
