I came in to find a game for a young family member. I was greeted by Ryan (bb) who was incredibly helpful. He was able to carry a conversation and interact in a customer service manor. He explained all the options and wasn't pushy to sell me on any add-ons. Because of him I will return to shop there. He needs a raise.

They were very pleasant ion the phone and when I arrived. They made exchanging a pre-owned PS4 that went bad hassle free and easy. Also, they were very helpful recommending games and equipment to help me enjoy the PS4 as much as my boys.
