Great staff, really clean environment. Lots of machine options, free eights, all sorts of stuff. The massage beds and chairs are 100% worth a more expensive package. Get the Black Card!

My son is part of that new “Teens 14-19 workout free” program and is new to the gym environment. I think he was a little intimidated by all the machines so I spoke with Holden and Helen at the front and they were able to assist him with the machines since I wasn’t able to walk back! Thanks guys for your help!!!
