  I tried this location a couple of weeks ago. Ty, the CrossFit session was great. They also have a sauna and cold plunge which seems like a great deal!

  When I first started I had no idea what I was doing but the coaches would take time to make sure I understood the exercises and wouldn’t get injured. Plus the community there is amazing, so tight knit. Like a family

  CrossFit Lynchburg is amazing! The coaches, especially David and Megan, give you lots of attention. We’re older, and they scale the workouts for us, and watch out for our safety. We feel so much better, and very motivated to keep going back because of the great support. We really really enjoy CrossFit Lynchburg!
