Hampton Inn & Suites Lynchburg is a very clean and well-located hotel, either newer or recently renovated. It is easily located and very convenient, close to a Walmart, a mall with a theater, and many restaurants. The hotel itself is great, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities. Rooms are nice, large, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff and customer service are exceptional, professional, warm, helpful, kind, and attentive, going above and beyond. The complimentary breakfast is great and one of the best, though it can be busy. Guests appreciate the ability to pick a room on the app and use a digital key. A noted downside is the lack of an airport shuttle, requiring a crossing of a busy highway to reach the nearby airport. Additionally, the scent in some rooms can be overly strong. Overall, it is a very good place to stay with excellent facilities and fantastic customer service.
This Hampton Inn restored my faith in the brand. I've been staying in HIs for decades and, of late, the brand has lost its allure. That said, this HI was very clean and either newer or recently renovated! Faith restored!!!

Easily located and less then 5 miles down same street to anything you could need or want. Close to Walmart, Mall with theater and alot of restaurants. Very convenient.

Room was large and clean. Only downside is that the scent they put in the room is overly strong. I wanted to be able to open a window to air it out. Breakfast was good but busy and staff were great.
