“I haven't been to this store since they changed and what a surprise.

I was returning a UHAUL truck from a one way trip. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and directed to the back of the store.

My return of the truck that I had borrowed was quick, pleasant and easy.

On my way out of the store, I noticed that it was really clean, organized and really nice to walk through.

I returned to the store with my son to find a toilet seat. We couldn't find the one that I wanted. My son went and asked an employee to see if they carried it. She told him no, that they didn't carry it, but they could order it for us.

I had continued to look through what they had, and found one, the one that I had wanted.

We went to check out and the employee stated that she had looked through their inventory and noticed that they had only one in stock. She was on her way to let us know.

Again, the employee was pleasant and helpful. She went the extra mile to go through their inventory list. I know that a lot of places don't bother to do that.

I will go back again to Locust Grove Hardwood, because of their employees.”
