“I recently purchased a medium Harvest Right freeze dryer at Tractor Supply due to convenience and ease of return if my unit did not work out of the box. The newly upgraded configuration allows for 5 trays instead of 4 which made me finally take the leap. I was a bit concerned about the setup and reviews from people who had received bad units, but setup was easy and my system has worked so far as it should. Online FB communities are very helpful and share a lot of good ideas. I would also recommend Gardner Scott's video on YouTube "HARVEST RIGHT Freeze Dryer Setup (and Test Run)" for setup and conducting your first "bread run".”

“Arnas and his helper were professional and wore shoe covers through the house respecting our newly laid floors and carpet. Our installations were basic and took them about an hour to install two TVs mounted and a sound bar on the wall. He also programmed the cable remotes to match the tv so I didn't have to use another remote to change the volume at no extra charge. Prices were extremely reasonable. Would def recommend American AV. “This Lowes is the best in the area by far. If I just need to pick something up any Lowes would work but for any customer service needs I go out of my way to go to Bank Ford. Yesterday Candance, Adrienne, and Sara helped me sign up for a credit card and were helpful and patient with all of my questions and concerns. Another associate, whos name I didn't catch, helped me in the aisle by explaining the buy one get one free promo on the tools I bought. She helped maximize my budget to get the most bang for my buck. After checking out I had such a good I wanted to stay and hang out some more. All in all, the Lowes at Bank Ford Pkwy is the place to go for hassle free, smiling, and educated customer service.”

“Usually have in stock what I need. Store personnel are friendly and supportive at Fredericksburg, VA store. All in store purchases for our vineyard needs are tax exempt per Virginia guidelines. Everything I order online in my cart comes up as non-tax exempt. I have provided the tax info to the Fredericksburg, VA store so I know it is associated with my account number. But my account never seems to come up with tax exempt when ordering online. Not sure why my account number in the store computer system is not identical to the website online system and provide my tax exempt status regardless of where I purchase items.”

“HD has gotten away from being helpful like they used to be. You ask a question as an amateur and they default to, "I can't tell you what to do, you need a plan". Asking questions of "pros" used to help in the plan. Don't bother asking for advice. Hit YouTube instead.”
