“I sent an e-mail on Sunday afternoon which included the photos of the damage. At 5:30 a.m. Monday I already had their response to set up an appointment. I set the appointment for the very next day. I spoke Daniel to set up the appointment. He was absolutely great. I could not believe they were able to set me up the very next day at 8 a.m. I was super unhappy that I damaged my rim. Daniel was reassuring about the process, and I knew it was going to be done right. Neal, the expert technician, called me just before 8 a.m. and let me know when he was arriving. Great communication!
