I wish I can give them zero stars unprofessional bank I want to make new bank account and the customer service girls name was Julio she said do you have proof of address I provided her proof of address she said no I need envelop of the letters what really ! So very unprofessional

Have a business account but didn't know the number. I just wanted change. They wouldn't give it to me
