“I went in to the One Loudoun branch today and was greeted by a very friendly female teller. She directed me to a manager due to the nature of my business and I found him to be very helpful. He was quickly able to resolve my issue. Truly good customer service all around. I noticed that the website occasionally glitches when loading pages - hopefully they are working on resolving those issues. The app works very well on my iPhone. To be honest, I chose Bank of Clarke because it was not a "National" bank. Having been a Bank of America account holder for 35 years, I can attest that National does not always equal good. As far as fees go, I have yet to encounter any. I have the free golden eagle checking and it seems to be great.”

“We've had a joint account here since 1997, my wife had one long before that. Recently they were swallowed up by Access National Bank, who kept the Middleburg Bank signage, and now sold to Atlantic Union Bank, who changed all the signs. Haven't noticed much change in the service... yet. The 5 star rating is for the past 20+ years. We'll have to see how Atlantic Union Bank does- never heard of them.”

“I've been going to this branch for several months now since the BBT branch closed; this one opened.Most times I've been treated with care and respect.Several months ago Truist fraud department called me regarding a strange charge on my debit card. They ended up filing a claim for meThen a week ago I noticed a strange entry on my bank statement. I did some research and went to the branch to discuss what happened. They suggested I close out the account and open a new one...which I did. I then received a document that I had to sign and turn in.I have talked to the teller before...I explained to her what I was doing with the document with turning it in. She was asking we what was it for etc..it was related to an account breach ..she still questioned me about it. I said I'm just turning it in. The branch manager heard and said just make a copy and give it back to the patron.”

My only issue with TD is their savings rates and the worst. Look elsewhere for savings accounts with interest. All other baking is good here.”

Automobile Loans. In 2010, I started a small business with some colleagues; it's a C corporation serving the space industry. We used a local bank for ten years and were ready for a nationwide bank. This summer, I walked into a local branch unannounced, just to scope out their services. As soon as I poked my head in the door, I was greeted warmly, provided with all the information I needed to make the decision The small business expert was exceptionally savvy about how to meet our needs. There was no pressure and no distractions of coffee machines or free wi-fi, though they were both inconspicuously available. It was easy to re-engage and we are now enjoying Wells-Fargo services across the country. The mortgage was the best rate and terms offered by five different providers, as was the auto loan. They are masters at service in the banking and financial industry. So far, it's five stars every time!”
