Unfortunately their pharmacy steered me in the direction to pay for the brand vs generic version of my medication (more expensive). Then was unable to email me a receipt to submit a claim to get my money back, forcing me to come in person to pick up the receipt. Switching pharmacies.

Edited. I suspect the pharmacy is overworked and support staff is stretched thin. my beef is with the app and the app developer. I am tired of the excuse, "we have nothing to do with the app." It is a Walgreens App....

Thao was wonderful and kind. Thank you for trying so hard to help me when others wouldn’t. You’re amazing.

I hate this pharmacy. Hate is not a strong enough of a word. I finally left when they failed to reconstitute my daughter’s liquid antibiotic (after many egregious mistakes before this). Thank the Lord I figured it out before I overdosed her. I called corporate. When I went back to the pharmacy a few days later to pick a an rx that was on auto fill and before I could transfer pharmacies, the account must’ve been flagged bc the pharmacist apologized and quickly said “I wasn’t working”. Uh ok. Like that makes what happened any better. No accountability. How about this will never happen again. We’ve put protocols in place to prevent this. Or so and so has been given further training to prevent this from happening again? Nope. Nada. So I left and took my RX to Wegman’s. Talk about stellar customer service. They’re on top of their game. Fast forward to today. Wegman’s can’t fill an RX because of a manufacturing shortage. So I called the dreaded Walgreens bc it’s a block from my house. I ask the pharmacist who answers the ph if they have the RX in stock. She says no. I asked if she could order it? She was annoyed and said “I’ll have to place you on hold while I look it up in the computer” I said ok Thank You. So she places me on hold and a few mins later the phone starts ringing for about a minute. Then hangs up on me. She didn’t want to help me. She did that on purpose. What pharmacy has it as standard practice to hang up on someone on hold? Shame on me for even trying when I loath this pharmacy so much. They’re incompetent and dangerous. I’ll drive 15mins out of my way and sick rather than use them. I don’t believe the positive reviews. They’re most likely fake or from the very few who’ve never had a problem or don’t use the pharmacy often. Believe the 1 star reviews.

This is without a doubt the worst pharmacy! Consistently horrible customer service, always understaffed and most common prescriptions ever in stock. I

i have never seen a more incompetent drug store in my life. The pharmacy cannot seem to figure out when their customer's prescription needs to be refilled and are consistently "out of stock." Surely they have inventory control and supply chain systems that every drug store on the planet has but they never can seem to get it together. And when it is ready? They bombard you with notifications to pick it up. I'll be moving my prescriptions out of there to someplace where they have hired someone who has a brain.

I’ve been a customer at this store for 7 years and have no complaints. I’ve seen the pharmacy staff address difficult customers very professionally. Their customer service reps are always super friendly and helpful. I also love the diversity of the staff and how they interact with ALL customers.

When you call to ask a question, it is nearly impossible to get a real person on the line. The automated system wastes so much of your time.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Ava Austin, a customer service representative at my local Walgreens, and I must say that her dedication and professionalism left a lasting impression on me. Ava's exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and genuine care for the customers truly set her apart.

Another customer experience fail at #walgreens. How is it that I have to sign up in advance for an appointment, arrive a few minutes early, and still have to wait over ten minutes? Worse yet is being ignored with no updates when I had shared my schedule was tight.

The pharmacist Suden has an issue providing covid tests and should not be anywhere near people. She came into the room in full hazmat and when I asked for Kleenex before the test she said they didn’t have any. Then she administered the flue test from as far away as she could and aid oh it has blood on it can’t use it and got upset. Ugh yeah I’m sick and asked for a Kleenex. She left the room and had a tech drop off Kleenex for me. She came back in and did it again from even farther away. Not sure how accurate this will be. Next she told me I had to do my own covid test, which I’m not comfortable doing. She said it’s protocol. Luckily my husband was there and could do it for me. After I went to the window to get a code number from the tech and the pharmacist is back there making a scene to spray down her hazmat suit, the pen, and all other items in the room with me. She then made a comment that she really wanted to go take a shower now. What kind of pharmacist says these things??? She should be fired as this is inexcusable.

This pharmacy needs help. I went in for an appointment for a shot and there was a couple in front of me that had been waiting for an hour past their appointment time. While I was there the line to the pharmacy continued to grow and this was not a weekend. I ended up leaving without my shot.
