“I've been taking my cars to Catoctin for over 20 years and I can't recommend them highly enough. Aside from being kind and genuine people, Mike, Tony and their teams are highly skilled professionals. You will always get an honest assessment of what's going on with your vehicle. Years ago I took my car in for a repair that would've cost me about $2000 (plus another $2000 down the road when the front end needed the same repair). Mike's assessment was that it was time for a new car. He made a recommendation of what was best for me when it meant a loss of income for him. If it was an option to give 10 stars I would!!”
“I had an oil change service and wanted to have the brake checked. The staff were super friendly and helpful. In addition, after the visit, they would have a report sent to you via email so that you can view the conditions of your car and what might be recommended to be done/check if they notice anything during the inspection. Overall, it was a great experience.”
“Had several routine maintenance jobs done - mostly fluid transfers. Also had brakes replaced. Tech took care of a window that hadn't worked for a year - no charge for fuse - that was AWESOME. Oddly, the one thing I really needed done wasn't touched. I asked to fix cooling fans which weren't working properly (cycling on and off at random temps). Every thing they DID do was done well. Only problem was they didn't address the cooling issue. If I had more time, I would have left the vehicle there, but ran out of time to be without.”

“Been using this place for all of our cars, both for tire purchase and tire repair. Great deals, great prices, and nice little free add ons. For example, there are free air pumps just outside the shop that provide nitrogen (yes, I know air is mostly nitrogen anyway) to get your tires to your desired specs. I plan to continue going here for my tire needs.”

“I had an amazing experience at National Tire & Battery (NTB) and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest and helpful service. Jose was especially great — he filled my tires with air and checked my brakes completely free of charge. The next day, when my digital meter disappeared, I went back and they helped me on the spot again without charging me anything.
Everyone there was extremely kind, patient, and not materialistic at all. It’s rare to find a shop that genuinely cares about helping people instead of trying to sell unnecessary services. I’m very happy with their service and highly recommend NTB and especially Jose!”
