“I went in to the One Loudoun branch today and was greeted by a very friendly female teller. She directed me to a manager due to the nature of my business and I found him to be very helpful. He was quickly able to resolve my issue. Truly good customer service all around. I noticed that the website occasionally glitches when loading pages - hopefully they are working on resolving those issues. The app works very well on my iPhone. To be honest, I chose Bank of Clarke because it was not a "National" bank. Having been a Bank of America account holder for 35 years, I can attest that National does not always equal good. As far as fees go, I have yet to encounter any. I have the free golden eagle checking and it seems to be great.”

“Amazing how responsive and professional the service providers in this bank repeatedly prove! Five stars in three different categories: (1.) Small Business Owner (2.) Home Owner - Mortgage (3.) Automobile Loans. In 2010, I started a small business with some colleagues; it's a C corporation serving the space industry. We used a local bank for ten years and were ready for a nationwide bank. This summer, I walked into a local branch unannounced, just to scope out their services. As soon as I poked my head in the door, I was greeted warmly, provided with all the information I needed to make the decision The small business expert was exceptionally savvy about how to meet our needs. There was no pressure and no distractions of coffee machines or free wi-fi, though they were both inconspicuously available. It was easy to re-engage and we are now enjoying Wells-Fargo services across the country. The mortgage was the best rate and terms offered by five different providers, as was the auto loan. They are masters at service in the banking and financial industry. So far, it's five stars every time!”
