“The best! Took my iPhone XR to apples certified repair at Best Buy in sterling and was told they cleaned my charging port out. Well, two days later the intermittent charging issues came back. Called MiTecShop today and he got me in the same day. Was assuming I needed the charging port replaced because apple already attempted to clean it. Well, turns out apple sucks and MiTecShop saved me a lot of $$$$, they were honest and told me just needed to be cleaned correctly. You all have my business for life! Thanks so much!”

“I had a broken TV delivered and took it to Sterling for exchange. Unfortunately for delivery items you apparently cannot return online delivered items. Tony the Geeksquad manager stepped up and exchanged my TV probability to the detriment of the store. That’s customer service. Thanks Tony!”

“I got my FBI Record for a visa application processed through their ID Vetting service, and I was very impressed with the service I received! I was under a tight timeline, and when I called to check in on my application, they were super kind and responsive. Even though my mail to them was delayed, they were able to process my application very quickly and sent me a physical copy of the FBI Record on security paper [some other companies on the list of FBI-approved companies only give an electronic copy]. I definitely recommend using them if you need an official FBI record or similar services!”

“A very nice looking best buy. Absolutely clean and the staff were very friendly. There were some boxes on the floor with some expensive items in them that were being unpacked in the game section that worried me a little but it was a very nice best buy. I'm glad to see one in the area.”
