Yea I could have order stuff from the website but I didn't want too so I came across micro center on social media or whatever and found this location. The bad thing is that it was total of 6hrs+ because it's about 3hrs from my house one way so I really hope they build another store close to me. So I'm giving this store 5 stars since that's the max I would give more if I could because they have everything you need to build a pc and the staff was very helpful and friendly unlike Best Buy. If I need any other parts or whatever I know where to go”

“The people inside the store are very good. I had a trade in to complete and it was much easier at this location. It's very easy to complete the verification process and it's almost instantaneous. Always loved shopping here, as the atmosphere very festive.Apart from the quirky security guard who kept giving me the weirdest stares and watching me from different angles, everything seemed alright here.I am ok with him being gay, but they should not checkout customers like that who are not.”

“I had a broken TV delivered and took it to Sterling for exchange. Unfortunately for delivery items you apparently cannot return online delivered items. Tony the Geeksquad manager stepped up and exchanged my TV probability to the detriment of the store. That’s customer service. Thanks Tony!”

“I got my FBI Record for a visa application processed through their ID Vetting service, and I was very impressed with the service I received! I was under a tight timeline, and when I called to check in on my application, they were super kind and responsive. Even though my mail to them was delayed, they were able to process my application very quickly and sent me a physical copy of the FBI Record on security paper [some other companies on the list of FBI-approved companies only give an electronic copy]. I definitely recommend using them if you need an official FBI record or similar services!”

“Overall, a good experience when on Christmas Eve mostly because of Jonathan a sales associate at BB. There was a very long line and a lot of bare shelves but Jonathan go me in and out quickly. He was courteous, professional, and warm. Best Buy did well making him a part of their team.”
