“I have to be honest it’s been a minute since I visited Best Buy but they exceeded all of my expectations! I highly recommend them.
Only after 4 years my dryer wouldn’t run. Tried to fix it and that only lasted 3 months. So I had to buy a set (stackable) from Lowe’s online. They were not helpful so after 5 calls trying to sort out my delivery I finally just canceled. I then went to Home Depot. Again mot helpful. The store manager was very young and didn’t even try to help me.
So I went to Best Buy in Sterling. The sales rep didn’t understand what I was asking so he got one of the managers who were extremely helpful and got me sorted out.
I can’t say enough about Alec (sales rep) and Jose Nolasco (sales manager). Give them a raise and make sure they stay at Best Buy!”

I was under a tight timeline, and when I called to check in on my application, they were super kind and responsive. Even though my mail to them was delayed, they were able to process my application very quickly and sent me a physical copy of the FBI Record on security paper [some other companies on the list of FBI-approved companies only give an electronic copy]. I definitely recommend using them if you need an official FBI record or similar services!”
