“I came in the store to buy a couple of windshield wipers and was trying to change them at the parking lot in front of the store. I struggled a lot since I did not know how to change one. One of the employees, Charlie, noticed and offered to help. He showed me step-by-step on how to change the front windshield wipers and also found out I bought the wrong windshield wiper for the back. He and another employee helped me return the previous wiper to exchange for the right one and change it as well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The employees were also really nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this auto parts shop.”

“I needed to get a recall done and a couple other services. I called Fairfax and they said I couldn't wait for the recall, even though the recall letter said it would only take an hour or two. The person I talked to didn't know how much the other services I needed would cost and wouldn't give me an estimate. They said they would have someone call me back and they never did even after another attempt. I then called Manassas, got a voicemail and left a message and never got a call back.
Then I tried Dulles Kia. Scott Pugh answered right away, gave me estimates for the services I needed and said I could wait instead of having to leave my vehicle. I went and they performed the services and recall in under 2 hours. Easy peasy. Even though Fairfax and Manassas are closer to me, I'll drive the extra distance out to Dulles Kia next time.”
