“I went into Jimmy's not knowing exactly what I needed, he helped me decude exactly what to do and how I should proceed. I bought pistons for my motor and left them to be bored to spec. After just two days he got back to me saying it was done, and when I tried to offer 100$ for the job previously quoted for 90$, he declined and charged me 80! Really stand up guy who knows what he is doing and doesn't try to take advantage of anyone. I left happy and ready to come back next time I need some quality work done. If I could leave 6 stars I would.”
“I can’t never be grateful enough for the amazing services that my family received from Auto Clinic at Longhill. Erica and the nice gentlemen helped our seatbelt which our son sticker a key ring inside of the passenger’s side. “Relatively new to New Kent and been looking for a local shop to go to when I need tires, inspections, etc. After a horrible experience last year with a different local shop that I will never go back to, I went into Eltham Auto earlier this week for a state inspection and I finally found my place! No appointment needed in the first hour of the day, which was very convenient, and everyone I spoke to was super friendly. There were no made up repairs "needed" to pass and the waiting room was spacious and clean. They will absolutely have my business in the future.”

“Bad Company is the best! We were on a road trip with our young kids in our 92 suburban and the check engine light came on. We went to multiple shops before Bad Company - none of them had the correct OBD scanner. Bad Company not only had the correct scanner but was able to fix the problem on the spot - FOR FREE! I can't say enough good things about these folks. Southern hospitality at its best. Thank you again Bad Company!”
“I've used Crewe's twice. Both times they got me in on the same day for service. Once for putting on a new tire and just a few days ago getting two plugs in my truck tire. Both times they were super efficient and their prices for things are much lower than other auto repair shops. I'll definitely continue to use them in the future!”

“We were visiting the area from out of town a few weekends ago and broke down across the street by the fire station. I walked over to Car Quest to try and get help. They walked over to the shop and luckily someone was there who was able to come get our vehicle jumped and over to the shop. Our alternator had died and Car Quest had a remanufactured one there in stock-we decided to go with that in hopes that it would get us back home. Unfortunately less than an hour later all of the dash lights returned and Car Quest and your shop were closed. We ended up finding another parts store that tested that alternator and said it was no good and they had a brand new alternator that we bought and then we paid the mechanic they knew that could install for us. While the remanufactured alternator that you installed was not good, we were still appreciative of the help that was provided even though you were technically closed. Now we have to deal with getting the failed remanufactured alternator returned to that Car Quest because no local store will take it.”

“Wonderful experience with AAA Car Care. My new Tesla needed a tire rotation. Richmond Tesla is an hour away. AAA was faster than expected and able to do the work. They indicated they can replace the tires when the time comes and align the tires if needed. I did provide the lifting pucks and they were returned.”
“Mr. Hirsh is a magician and works miracles when it comes to mechanics. He is a certified EMT a Certified Emergency Technician. He was dedicated to providing quality services in a timely manner at fabulous rates! It is hard to find a good honest diesel mechanic and he did an awesome job! I highly recommend!”

“Edit* This place is very busy but its the only place I can take my mower to. I have taken it there for warranty work and just recently because my zero turn was not idling properly. After months of waiting for a carb it seemed to be running better. It just so happen to run bad when I bring it home and better when I take it back. The next OEM carb they ordered was flawed. When they were able to get the third carb in, the mower now seems to be running better than ever. It took some time but there were able to work with me through it.”
“I was in the market for a new Honda, and knew the exact car/spec I was looking for. I spoke with three other dealerships prior to calling Williamsburg. Priority Honda in Chesapeake quoted $2500 over sticker. Hall Honda quoted $5000 over sticker. Casey Honda didn't return multiple calls. Williamsburg quoted me sticker price with no additional gotcha costs within minutes. Kylie followed up with an itemized quote texted to me. BTW, their processing fee is $300 less than the dealers mentioned earlier. Kylie had the car clean and all paperwork in order when I arrived. I delayed the process by adding a trade to the deal. This only added 15 minutes. I didn't initially intend to trade a vehicle. I brought it to test the waters. Williamsburg offered me the top end of Kelly Blue Book. I took the offer. I will absolutely give Honda Williamsburg first swing at the pitch for my next car purchase despite the hour drive from my house.”
“Crows Garage is an awesome shop. Straight forward, Very reasonable priced. All the technicians and state inspectors are very outstanding at their jobs. I would give it 10 stars but it will only allow me 5. It's 06/13/2022. So this is a revised update. I see a lot of negativity about them failing for inspections. As a state inspector from a different shop I can tell you that they are completely correct. Your turn signals have to be amber in the front, amber or red in the rear. There are certain things that I've read that Y'all have said that I would fail as well. Do you want a safe car or not? A rear turn signal flashing white could be mistaken for a reverse light. They follow the law and so do I. If in doubt after a rejection sticker take it to the state police and they will inspect it and tell you the same thing.”

“My 2015 Sante Fe succumb to the dreaded, engine knock, limp mode. I was crushed, had my car towed to Williamsburg Hyundai, after 3 day diagnostic, needed a new engine. Between Stephanie and Lewis, in the service department, I stayed informed and updated over the repair period. The technicians did a once over on my car before it was released and suggested some repairs I had been unaware of. This was a really bad situation turned silver lining. I can't Thank them all enough for some very fine customer service. They will be my go to for the Sante Fe from now on.”
