“Bay Custom Auto exceeded my expectations on the repair of my Mini Cooper. It took a while for parts to become available because the car was so new (2024) But Brandon kept in touch throughout the process and kept me informed. When parts did arrive they kept my car for about three weeks, a little longer than originally promised but it was over the Christmas holiday and was worth the wait. I cannot tell that anything happened to the car at all. Super work by a super company!”

“I had my first deer incident ever. I dropped my car off duct taped on front bumper with salt all over my car from winter weather in Ohio. I wasn't able to wash her because of the bumper damage because I was afraid it would cause more damage. When I picked my car up a week later, she was not only repaired, but washed, waxed, and vacuumed. I choked up and got tears in my eyes she looked so good!! These people are amazing at this shop!! The name literally has auto body and paint repair, but okay.The gentlemen was nothing but extremely polite, punctual and did exactly what I asked. In a day in age that that type of service is far fetched, sayin this particular filed. He replaced my sunroof and did minor body work associated with the damaged glass. Most shops were closed due to the holiday season and he was open, literally called me the next day after I contacted insurance and got me right in with a great turn around time.
