“These guys were awesome! I needed a new battery for my car (2018 Honda Pilot) and had already been told by another auto parts place across the street that they couldn't do it because you had to remove the air intake to get to the battery. Well, AutoZone rocks! I stopped here to ask if they could do the battery (fully expecting to be told no like the other place), Brian took a look and said no problem. In all of maybe 10 minutes (if that) they rung me up for a new battery (cheaper than the other place quoted!) and installed it and had me on my way to enjoy the day! Thank you AutoZone! You guys are the best!”
“I just want to thank the Team at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts in Gloucester Point. I ran into a problem with my AC. I thought I need a recharge. I have in the gotten good advice in the past from other O’Reilly Stores. But my experience at the Gloucester Point location surpasses any from before. I spoke to Ted and he suggested checking my air filter behind mine glove department. With the help of Alan, Ray and (Store Mgr) Ted by replacing the air filter fixed the problem. Not only did Alan help me take over the filter but put a new one in and button up my dashboard. If I could give you more Star I would. I really appreciate great Customer Service. Being a Retail Big Box Store Manager of 35 years I, can appreciate a great team. Yes keep up the great job with your team and customers. I am in heaven blowing ice cold air.

“Stopped by here this morning in a super pinch. Front brake airline needed to be replaced, our bus was dead in its tracks.He didn’t have exactly what we needed but he was able to go above and beyond to get our bus home safely with some other temporary parts.Thank you good sir who saved our bus this morning.”
