The staff are very attentive and take care of all my needs. I only have one complaint. Is the phone broken? I called several times today and nobody answered the phone. Will give 5 stars when someone answers the phone.

Never have had any issues. When my husband did one with a knew phone and SD card the gave him not 1 but 2 for free.
