Customer service could be improved. Greeter at the front during my visit could do a better job of explaining the process of exchanging a new phone. Because of his lack of direction and my confusion, he became very passive aggressive upon arrival.

They have very poor customer service. Went to the west mercury store. At 5:20 to get my new phone info transferred. They want $30 but advertising they are open until 7 pm then I get there & they say we don't do it after 5pm. Well you need to let it be known, so people don't waste there time and money, & gas
