“First of all Dean is one of the best guys you will ever meet he will do anything to help keep you on the road his prices are reasonable and fair. I buy all my tires from him never had an issue and I have a dedicated route to Texas every week I buy new and used from here. I have a 2020 T680 he does most of my work when I'm in town. The three gentlemen that I deal with a great and have great customer service. I forget their names but it's too young guys one black one white that are very good and I can't forget my man from York. No company is perfect and a lot of time in the trucking industry when you're frustrated you sometime take it out on the people that's trying to help you. Trust me go by there they'll take good care of you no one or company is perfect. I run a military contract and they have always done me right

From setting me up with a rental to getting the parts and repairs done quickly, they made sure I was always taken care of. Whenever I come in for routine service, the wait is never long, and the team is always professional and friendly.
My two service advisors, Mr. Mike and Ms. Kelly, have been amazing! I recently made a mistake about where I could get my car serviced, and Ms. Kelly went out of her way to help explain my situation to the manager and get it sorted out. Truly outstanding!”

“Two days before my road trip the AC went out in my car. I came in the day before I left in a panic because it was about to be a long car ride, and I had called several places and no one could get to it that day.
Michael helped me out at the counter and when he asked the problem, my nine year old daughter spoke up and he respectfully listened to everything she had to say. I try to teach her independence and way too many places have either interrupted her or looked at me the entire time she talks. So thanks Michael!
Zach called with the quote and timeline and told me they needed a part but would do everything they could to get it out that day. I called right before close and spoke with Trisha who told me it might be midmorning, but didn't have enough information. She called me back 2 minutes before they closed to update me that it was all but done and I could pick my car up first thing. She easily could have waited for someone to call me back in the morning, but she didn't, and I spent the night stress free. Thank you Trisha!”
