She helped me select the best tires for my vehicle for the price range I was looking to fit into. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle was very thorough and did great work. “First let me say I didn't read past reviews before choosing Tire Choice Auto Service. Two months ago I had a strange problem when I was adding air to a tire after the weather temperature changed. Instead of adding air the pump malfunctioned and almost completely deflated my tire. Rather than risk another filling station pump I googled for a tire shop just in case I needed additional assistance. Tire Choice on E. Pembroke was top of the list. I limped in and went to the counter to explain my issue. The manager I believe Jackie had me pull up to the bay and she checked and inflated the tire double checked the valve stem said it must have been a faulty air pump. And no charge for the "rescue" service. Two weeks ago I was hearing noise from the front end, everyone including google had an opinion of what it might be. Well I knew I wanted a tire rotation to get better wear on the tires. So I made an appointment with Tire Choice for a Saturday morning. I pulled in a few minutes early turned over my keys and was told likely 90 minutes. 4 wheel balance, rotation, test drive to see if they could isolate the noise I was hearing.
I walked down the street to the Buckroe Coffee Co. "see my review" after a relaxing 90 minutes my car was ready. No sound was heard by the technicians. Isn't that always the way? And for a super reasonable price I was on my way. And... I don't hear the noise!
As I said at the beginning I didn't read the past reviews and if I had, I would've probably gone somewhere else. But not everyone gets to have the same experience every day and situation is different. Things happen and I find that if you try most businesses will do the best they can to satisfy their customers. Thanks to everyone at Tire Choice E. Pembroke Ave. I would give you more than 5 stars if google allowed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Jamie's customer service is top notch! I experienced a really shitty day, yesterday (10/23/24) my tire was pierced by something in the tunnel and I was broke down for hours! I called Jamie's store and she immediately ordered me a new tire and replaced it all in one day! She went above and beyond for me and my daughter. I'm so grateful for her and her mechanic!”

“After initially posting a very unpleasant review, I was contacted by the GM and they worked with me on a fair offer. I returned to the dealership less than a week later to pick up my truck. At the time they were having their holiday party. They invited me to participate and I spoke to the GM, Paul London. This goes to show that sometimes your reviews aren't always correct. I recommend visiting this location for your next Chevrolet. You might have to be patient but they will work with you on a fair deal.”

“My mother and I were visiting my son for the first time in Hampton. As soon as we checked in to our hotel in the late evening , my SUV battery died. I scheduled a tow for first thing the next morning to the Pep Boys on Mercury. They picked up my SUV on time, called me and emailed me with the diagnosis report and quote for repair and got my permission to do the repairs. My vehicle was repaired by 3:30pm the same day. The staff was courtesy and polite. I highly recommend!”
“I had a great experience. I needed four new tires on a Sunday and I was in need of it the same day to go out of town.
Matthew and the two techs flew through a ton of cars and was able to get me out the door in a few hours.
They were honest and even checked to see if it needed balancing and did not charge me after it proved okay.
