“I'm picky about things with my car. Pettie's does a terrific job, of handwashing, and detailing and they will point out things that you need to see/know. It just came back now and looks new, tho' it is indeed not ! Keep your car up, folks. Go to Pettie's if you can get an appointment.!”
“Stopped by here because I noticed they had a Automatic Touch-less auto machine which I prefer over regular car washes with brushes. Just pull in and let the machine work. Looked run down and the name on the sign was something Lazer Car Wash not soaps & suds. All and all the wash did a great job despite the looks. Did not try the vacuum.”

“I am a longtime member at the Cool Wave Carwash in Hampton. I have always been treated with nothing but the greatest respect there. In addition to the wonderful service that I’ve been getting there, the attendant by the name of Austin who was there a couple days ago was very patient while tending to the issue with me getting the machine to recognizing my car’s DV license plates. It was just amazing how he figured it out!! Now, I am able to just drive up and the gates just opens up very expeditiously! I’m absolutely very please with everyone who works there, from The very nice lady in the administration office, Jessica to the expert attendant, Austin! Thanks you for all you do. Finally, I can’t close this review without acknowledging how wonderful my two SUVs get washed at that location. Keep up the great service!”

“A good wash. I just purchased the mid level wash and it was good.They had free vacuums with a wash, so even better.The first vacuum I got did not suck very well. When it sucked it was more like a suggestion for the dirt to go in.The second vacuum I got was strong. It was sucking everything. The dirt, random stuff in the car, I think it even started to suck my soul out. Thank goodness I have quick reactions.”
“One of the vacuums wasn't working and the one I went to ended up having a broken hose but hey, I was only doing a $1 quick vacuum. The $3 car wash got off all the bird droppings. I will always go to this car wash”

“The supervisor/staff are helpful and friendly, everything’s always working, and I really appreciate the members only lane because of the quick service and it makes having a subscription worthwhile. I had a membership when before the name/management change but they have definitely improved their overall service.”
