The Boss had me and my husband come into the shop even though that location was closed to help get a very big nail out of our tire and told us to keep an eye on our tire and if it starts to have any problems bring it right to him. I had to leave my truck there for a couple day (because of the weekend) but they took care of me sooner than expected, gave me a fair price and kept me in the loop. “Had a great experience at Benny's. Took my car in by appt for an inspection. They got it done within the hour. They answered our questions and I felt certain they had looked under it and found the noises I had not even told them about. VERY GOOD SERVICE. Will definitely be back for my auto repair needs. “The young lady who manages the store in the denbigh area of Newport News is probably the best choice that anybody could have made. I went initially just for two tires she took the time to show me that I was in an arena of needing four not just two. I went ahead and offered to go ahead and complete the repairs the young lady took her own initiative and was able to get them delivered the same day although they did not have the other two in stock. After installation there were a couple scenarios that needed correcting she handled them in a very professional very relaxed manner which kept me relaxed and informed which was excellent completed them everything done 100% to my satisfaction. I myself have been in the automotive industry for 30 plus years and if anybody is familiar with dealership operations I was a director of fixed operations for three major Auto groups here on the peninsula and Southside and if I had had the opportunity that any given point I would hire her and put her in probably one of the best positions I could find what a wonderful experience that could have been a very bad experience she turned it around and made it exactly what it was supposed to be again a very excellent experience I would highly recommend this store above all others”

“We were headed from nj to nc for vacation and our car broke down on Saturday at 4pm. We were towed to Grafton location. The car was repaired the next morning and we were headed to the outer banks by noon Our technician Matt was amazing. He went to 3 stores to find the bolt he needed and not only fixed the wheel that had the problem but also checked the other side to make sure we didn't have any issues. Not only did he complete the repair quickly and efficiently but he was friendly as well and explained to us everything he had done. Matt paid for the replacement part out of his own pocket and I was not charged for the repair.The repair was necessary due to incompetence by one of your competitors so you had no obligation to provide the service free of charge. Please recognize Matt for his outstanding performance.Vanessa at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful.Thank you again for your tremendous customer service.”
“I was in a bind on a Saturday and needed brakes, calipers, and rotors replaced before returning to work on a Monday. They had everything all taken care of by Sunday afternoon. “Great stock and great prices! This location is always well stocked! I've also consistently have had great interactions with employees and staff! I was in awe of customer service. My only fault is how insanely packed this location always is and how long it takes to get out o the parking lot for this exact reason. I don't think it's popularity and heavy traffic is any fault to the great experience inside of the store, so I still give it 5 stars!”

“The facilities we reminiscent of the Firestone stores of my past. A real link to several of life's memories for me, and I'm sure that wasn't an expected response. When I was much younger and trying to keep my car running, I didn't have many mechanical skills, so when a problem was greater than my ability. Firestone mechanics would not only fix the problem, but they would take the time to tell me what was wrong, show me the new part installed, and the broken part, educating me along the way. I've bought tires through Firestone and the people there always seemed to be trustworthy and kind. Just as there were at the Denbigh Location. It gave me a great sense of community when I walked back into the storefront and was met by Tina who immediately called out my name and welcomed me. Which she did on the next occasion as well, she remembered my issue, laughed with me about it, shared laughter with my wife and made a friend for your store that day. Love me some Tina.”
“I got an appointment for wheel alignment on the mid of the day on a weekday mid of the week. I guess it was the least busy time possible. I was there on time for the appointment, but it took 2.5hours to complete the work.
The quality of the work was fine.
The door for the restroom in the waiting area was not locking. Hopefully they will fix it soon.”
