“These Guys are the BEST!!! 2 tires with 3 screws/nails and they did an amazing job at putting me at ease and providing me with options. They kept me updated at every step of the process, even gave me quotes for replacements if needed. Quick, knowledgeable, and personable. These guys are pros! Clean facility with cartoons to keep the kiddos that I had to drag with me occupied. This is going to be my hometown go-to. They went above and beyond.”

“Top of the line service. These people are honest. A tech at West Broad Honda told me the rear brakes on my 2000 Honda were at a 4 and would probably last through the holidays. Richmond Import Service informed me the rear brakes were in good shape and did not need to be replaced. I highly recommend Richmond Import Service. They charge maybe half of what these franchise dealers charge.”

“Lisa was saintly in her execution of duties while I was getting tires this am. She had many challenges but stayed professional with phone ringing, lines forming, and at least one customer being unreasonable. They had exactly the tires I needed at a good price. Took longer than I expected but they were dealing with a new system. The trick is to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT or be prepared to show up at 7 am to be first in line when they open at 8.”

“Squirrel had chewed electrical wires. Virginia automotive technician was very transparent on what the issue was and how to repair. Very pleased that I received the truck back within 24 hours and the truck is running great”
“We towed our minivan here after it broke down. They diagnosed the issue, which was hard to find, and fixed it. They also recommended other services for our car which we agreed to. We ended up paying more for all of the extra services, but we notice a huge improvement with how our car drives. So although I can't speak for their pricing (I don't think they're pricing is necessarily the cheapest deal out there), their service was better than anticipated. I found them very knowledgeable and able to perform a myriad of services. I would return here if I broke down again and was in the area; but hopefully I won't break down again. 5 stars also for Goodyear's towing service.”
