But my experience was great. Now, I did have to wait but the teller that waited on me was great. Even a bit entertaining. They have to be stressed out given the situation so I was totally impressed with the upbeat attitude.”
“Wells Fargo became a bank to switch from Capital One after much consideration where it offered competitive banking products with Capital One. A few other important factors in decision making were mobile banking capability, having physical branches, business accounts integrated with personal accounts. When I made an appointment online, Rhys called me in a matter of minutes. Then, I visited the branch and very pleasantly surprised how welcoming and friendly the staff were. Rhys well exceeded my expectations with his communication skills, his knowledge in Wells Fargo banking products, and how personable he was! I can't left out Vanessa who set up our business accounts and both personal and business credit cards. She impressed me with her professionalism and approachableness.
