“On Saturday, July 1, 2023 I went to the Pouncey Tract location to open an account. I first met with an employee who took shortcuts was not completely helpful. I then met with Justin F. - Financial Service Representative. He was thorough, understanding to my concerns, and went above and beyond to call me first thing (on the next business day) on a matter in which his colleague should have done on Saturday. “I had an astonishingly superior experience in this branch this week that must be shared! Someone had opened several accounts in our businesses' names at Bank of America. I came in to get them closed. Even though I was not an actual customer, I was treated so politely and attentively. I was greeted when I came in and given a time line of what would happen. A few other important factors in decision making were mobile banking capability, having physical branches, business accounts integrated with personal accounts. When I made an appointment online, Rhys called me in a matter of minutes. Then, I visited the branch and very pleasantly surprised how welcoming and friendly the staff were. Rhys well exceeded my expectations with his communication skills, his knowledge in Wells Fargo banking products, and how personable he was! I can't left out Vanessa who set up our business accounts and both personal and business credit cards. She impressed me with her professionalism and approachableness. “I once had to consult an issue with the negative equity I had invested in the transition of my Lexus SUV hybrid vehicle, to a minivan more suitable for seven passengers since I had seven family members counting myself. I discovered that the refinance or car loan of the initial type would not cover the negative equity in my purchase that I had made recently at Let's Say... the Best Buy of the Corporate Consumer...CARMAX.I applied for a loan online at several Banks it all came back that they would require me to pay the negative equity off before they would initiate the incentivized low rate of 6% to 9% to 11% that I ran into in these applications.Throughout this process I had to apply first to the bank to be a member. Put money in the account with a minimum value of $20 to $25 and then, and then apply for a loan for a vehicle or as we say in this business of Investments,, an auto loan,,. I then rejoined the real world out of my vehicle that I recently purchased and went TO, two banks in my town. This was the first one. The staff was wonderful and told me after understanding my situation that they would not be able to fix me a new loan due to the negative equity as they could not Bank an investment greater than the value of the purchase price of the vehicle. Once again I ran into the same issue of the negative equity to be paid off.The next bank I went to aggressively pursued tricking me into opening an account despite it being a wonderful Institution, whole name, I will withhold as that 20$ brought me some cigarettes later on... so, I ran into what I might call a duplicitous actor and later, her Perferfectly Quaffed ?
