I then met with Justin F. - Financial Service Representative. He was thorough, understanding to my concerns, and went above and beyond to call me first thing (on the next business day) on a matter in which his colleague should have done on Saturday. Justin F. represented the true brand of HFCU and is knowledgeable on shared banking, opening accounts and transfers from other institutions. Thank you Justin F.”

I came in to get them closed. Even though I was not an actual customer, I was treated so politely and attentively. I was greeted when I came in and given a time line of what would happen. A few other important factors in decision making were mobile banking capability, having physical branches, business accounts integrated with personal accounts. When I made an appointment online, Rhys called me in a matter of minutes. Then, I visited the branch and very pleasantly surprised how welcoming and friendly the staff were. Rhys well exceeded my expectations with his communication skills, his knowledge in Wells Fargo banking products, and how personable he was! I can't left out Vanessa who set up our business accounts and both personal and business credit cards. She impressed me with her professionalism and approachableness.
