Elizabeth was able to assist me and also went above and beyond for me. If I lived in the area this would 100% be the Old Navy that I consistently shopped at because of their kindness and grace today. “This is the second time I've been to this White House Black Market clothing store located in Gainesville, Virginia. This experience was much better than the last, and I received excellent service.Last time, I received service from an older lady who acted very begrudgingly to help me and had a poor attitude. She is still at this location.The experience this time was completely the opposite. I was met by a younger woman who was very professional and eager to help me try on a few outfits. I absolutely love the fit and feel of the clothes that I tried on and ended up purchasing them. This last experience has definitely changed my mind on the White House Black Market clothing store at this location. Thank you Sarah.”
