“We've been with this bank for some years now and they've always been wonderful! The employees are always professional, friendly and so helpful! Recently, I called to ask about how to set up a fund raising account and instead of referring me to another employee she did some research and called me back to tell specifically where to go to set up the account! That's the hometown service they provide!”

“Yesterday after hours I had an issue logging into my account, as the new system requires a password change every 6 months now. I am a technophobe and I could not get the new password to set correctly. After several attempts, nothing worked, so in my frustration I left a poor review. I had a cheerful call from a bank representative this morning (even after she had read the review!) and she walked me through it until I got it right. I have paid my bills and all's right with the world! I do appreciate her cheerful attitude in the face of a frustrated customer and I do like banking with FRFCU. We have been with them for years, and they have always gone the extra mile to help us whenever we've had issues, which has been seldom, and usually not things that are their fault.”

“Truist is going to close this branch in March 2024. Truist is closing the wrong branch in Front Royal. I find the service at the other branch (Royal Plaza) to be much slower. The tellers at the Royal Plaza branch have treated me poorly. Truist's argument that Royal Plaza is the busier branch is flawed. If you close the Royal Plaza branch, the Crooked Run branch will, by default, be the busiest branch (because it will be the only branch in Front Royal). I guess this review will disappear once this branch closes.”

They have made banking easy for an older ,non tecnology edjucated, excentric woman .Protected me from a scam that could have wiped out a lot of my resoueces ,and listen to my needs with patience and respect. “We had a last minute request from the bank that we are getting a mortgage through for 2 items that need to be done before loan approval, within 2 business days. I went to the bank and explained the emergency and stated if we don't have these items done, our loan doesn't get approved. Even though I did not have an appointment, the branch manager assisted with having the Lead Teller, Austin help with the first part that couldn't be done through the drive-through, and also getting us the printed documents that we needed.Thanks to the manager and Austin for all of the help!!”
