“This is a great bank!!! They are a smaller more local bank but still offer great loan and banking options. Very nice people and one of the few banks in the area that acctually acts like they like your business. I've worked with them for a few years now and unlike most other Banks, I've never had even the slightest issue with them. They always take care to make sure transactions are correct and offer some very nice commercial banking and loan options. If looking for a new bank or just an additional option, I would highly suggest them and am sure you will feel the same.”

“I have been a member of NFCU since 1980. I have been a customer with barely 2 Pennie's to rub together, one whose credit was maxed out, and one with financial security. NFCU WAS SIDE by side with me the entire time. I have overdrawn my checking account, purchased a 60,000.00 SUV and taken out a 20k signature loan without ever leaving my home. And I was treated the same regardless of my balances (Or lack there of!). Hands down the most professional and courteous staff I have ever dealt with. They are with me wherever I go. “Truist is going to close this branch in March 2024. Truist is closing the wrong branch in Front Royal. I find the service at the other branch (Royal Plaza) to be much slower. The tellers at the Royal Plaza branch have treated me poorly. Truist's argument that Royal Plaza is the busier branch is flawed. If you close the Royal Plaza branch, the Crooked Run branch will, by default, be the busiest branch (because it will be the only branch in Front Royal). I guess this review will disappear once this branch closes.”

“We had a last minute request from the bank that we are getting a mortgage through for 2 items that need to be done before loan approval, within 2 business days. I went to the bank and explained the emergency and stated if we don't have these items done, our loan doesn't get approved. Even though I did not have an appointment, the branch manager assisted with having the Lead Teller, Austin help with the first part that couldn't be done through the drive-through, and also getting us the printed documents that we needed.Thanks to the manager and Austin for all of the help!!”
